Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Santeheal Wellness Pvt Ltd, we aim to provide our patients and clients with the best possible experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which appointments, services, and payments may be cancelled or refunded.


1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Patients may cancel their appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to charges or may not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Service Cancellations

  • For wellness services, packages, or programs, cancellation terms may vary depending on the specific service. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
  • Pre-paid packages, once availed partially, may not be fully refundable.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method (via Razorpay / WooCommerce) within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
  • Transaction fees charged by the payment gateway (if any) are non-refundable.
  • In case of double payment or a technical error, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are at the sole discretion of Santeheal Wellness Pvt Ltd and subject to review.

4. Rescheduling

  • Patients may reschedule appointments (subject to availability) by contacting us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  • Rescheduled appointments will not incur additional charges if done within the allowed time frame.
